Service guarantee or policy

     The Oklahoma Wildlife Control® Limited Liability Company recognizes the manufacturers warranty for equipment installed by the Oklahoma Wildlife Control® Limited Liability Company for the purposes of wildlife deterrents. The Oklahoma Wildlife Control® Limited Liability Company provides a 6 month labor warranty on all structural exclusion services rendered as per the terms of our service agreement. Warranty is valid from the date that payment for services are rendered in full.

Privacy policy

     The Oklahoma Wildlife Control® Limited Liability Company will never share nor disclose personal, business and or client information with any third party, without prior written consent from the client, business or person for which the information has been requested. At times, some clients may be called upon as a referral source for the services provided by Oklahoma Wildlife Control® Limited Liability Company, but their information will not be used nor released for in a referring capacity without their prior written consent.

Disclaimer

     The process(s) used in eradicating, evicting and con­trolling animal subjects involves equipment that may pose hazards to human beings and animals. Therefore OWC disclaims any responsibility for any injuries or damage that may occur to any person(s) or animal(s) as a result of equipment being used. Further, the equipment and any animal captured may be hazardous. Therefore, the owner understands and agrees that OWC will not be responsible for any injuries or damage to any person(s) or animal(s) sustained by contact with equipment or captured animals therein. The target animal(s) may cause damage to the premises or cause injury to person(s), animal(s) or property prior to being captured, when captured or being released on the owner's property. It is possible that trapped animal(s) may escape from equipment. Any animal(s) caught in equipment may damage or contaminate the area around and underneath equipment.

     It is also possible that the animal may escape while being removed from the premises by OWC. The owner understands and agrees that OWC will not be responsible for any injuries to person(s) or animal(s) or any damage to property caused by said animal(s) while on the owner's premises. As there may be more than one animal and/or causes regarding the Owner's complaints, OWC does not guaran­tee that all animals and/or animal carcasses have been found and/or removed or that the cause of owner's complaints has been rectified. OWC claims no responsibility for the services provided by other companies and or their employees working in conjunction with OWC, directly or indirectly.
